The process was not long the person doing the interview was really nice. Easy to get to the interview location on site but the distance to get there seemed long better entrance directions could have been given
They use hirevue now which kind of sucks. It's one more step before an actual interview. Hiring was unfair when done by different managers bc they have different viewpoints on who should work there. Makes for diversity but unfair hiring practices.
