I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NetApp (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2025
Interview
4 rounds of interviews (45 mins each) after a quick call with the recruiter (Zoom interviews). 1st round was technical, phython scripting and testing related questions. 2nd was behavioral, 3rd LC medium coding with technical questions. Cleared 3 rounds, 4th round was with a Director, it was a technical discussion, rapid fire round. After all this, they decided to ghost me. I used to think NetApp was a good company to work for. Its been 45 days and no response from the recruiter yet, and I'm guessing there won't be any.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NetApp (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2026
Interview
Process had 4 Interviews, 1 screen and followed by 3 technical and a hiring manager interview, It was for an entry level role but the interviews were very hard. Involved leetcode questions(tree) and the final round had simple networking concepts and a very difficult coding problem not leetcode thought, round 2 had system design and multithreading coding question with more in-depth conversation on OS internals, last round was more into project discussion, a system design and a quick coding question. Hiring manager round was easy and chill.
