It was a long, drawn-out, and inefficient process. The first HM interview came after 1.5 weeks. And it took 3 weeks post that to schedule the power day. No communication even after making it to the final rounds and completing all 5-6 rounds. Such a shame

Interview process was clear and well organized. The only thing I would change is to send candidates emails with confirmations about interview or next steps. my communication with recruiter was by phone only and I dont eve know her name
