I interviewed at NXP Semiconductors (Chandler, AZ)
Interview
Three rounds, two with managers and one with just the hiring team. Pretty standard questions regarding semiconductor manufacturing and related to my experience since it was for a senior position. One of the managers tried to grill me asking for specific technical follow ups that I doubt even he could answer. He even asked me to recite the entire CMOS flow from memory, but I saw someone post on here they might ask that so fortunately I was prepared.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NXP Semiconductors (Nijmegen) in Feb 2022
Interview
Through a 3rd party the interview at NXP itself was smooth, quick and to the point without hassle. Nice fab tour was included before the 2nd/ 3rd round. Afterwards quick response of being hired and setting starting date.
