While I enjoyed learning about the company and the team, I believe there is an opportunity to streamline the interview process. The current process, which includes 6-7 rounds spaced over several weeks, may be unnecessarily lengthy. Additionally, improving communication throughout the process, particularly regarding the timeline and outcomes, would enhance the candidate experience.
