I applied in-person. I interviewed at NIKE (Mississauga, ON) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was very simple. They asked me questions like why do I wanna work at Nike? What do I know about the company, how do I stand up from other candidates, my experience in retail (I had none.)
It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.

Question 1
Describe a time you showed your leadership skills.
Simple than expected. Nothing is unexpected. Fill in the form with details then share the experience. Started with self introduction and work experience. After that it is questions and answers sections.
Group interview. Very engaging and fun. Was also interactive and gave everyone the chance to talk and express themselves in the way that best highlighted their strengths and goals. Would definitely like other companies to use the same pattern
