NATO Transport Representative interview questions

I was invited for a WEBEX interview after 1,5 months I applied to the job. The interview took 5-8 mins. There were 2 interviewers from that field and 1 neutral member. The interviewers introduced themselves in ''English'' with a VERY STRONG French accent. I have lost my motivation at that moment... I'm a foreign national English speaker who works with native English speakers for more than 10 years. I'm also experienced to work in a multi-national military work environment. I have total 30 years of English speaking background. It was a challenge for me to understand them... One of the interviewer was so interested in me, his body language was ''listening'' me during the interview. He was so kind. He asked me first question. Then second interviewer who was not even looking at the monitor(me) and was busy with something else during my job interview, he asked me a job related question which was not possible to understand. When I asked for a clarification, he used the same words. Then first interviewer corrected his English mistake and tried to structure the question. I was devastated...then they told me the answer which was a very easy question to reply for me, which I'm already qualified for years...Then second person kept asking questions which are not even in my field.( Sea Transportation) I kindly told him that my field is in Air Transportation, like I've mentioned in my resume. First interiewer asked third question and I catched a word ''motivation'' and kind of guessed the question then replied. ( What was my motivation to apply for this job?) I was expecting to have an interview with native English speakers because the job is in the U.S. I understand NATO's second language is French and I would have to contact with French speaker employees within the company but this is the first interview and I need to express myself, my experiences, my knowledge by understanding the panel members. The interview did not go further... After the interview, I questioned myself about if I really want to work for NATO? Is it still my dream organization? Why I did not speak with any HR members during the interview? If I would hire, would I enjoy to work with the second interviewer?
