2 rounds of interviews. First round, they asked to see my portfolio (design based role) and talk through it. General interview questions like how you work in teams/design process/how I organize my time etc.

3 Essay questions required; 2009 salary was cut from $2000 for 3 months to $1000, had to confirm I was OK with this to continue to be considered for position; phone interview followed. I was informed in the next few days that I was hired.
