Microsoft Strategy Director interview questions

She asked the same old question: "tell me more about your most important career achievements". My experience makes it obvious I have hands-on experience in Marketing and I don't understand why she kept asking over and over. My CV states and demonstrates 17 years leading Marketing Operations industry specific strategy.
