Interview
Very brief, there were some very exact questions based on a certain scenario, and how you would respond to a dire situation. Overall, it was a productive, effective interview in the short run.

If there was a man who ran into the park with a gun, how would you respond?
easy. only showed basic skills including swimming 200 years, some CPR and pool safety knowledge. The CPR portion was basic, I was hired for the summer. pools are not deep anyways.
