Getting dates set was a big problem. Lots of cancellations at the last minute. I will say the recruiters were apologetic and the interviews did follow their documented process but with all the cancellations it felt like filling this position wasn't a priority.

Design a voting system for a college student association for voting for president, vice president and other positions.
Phone screening was fairly standard but I did feel it was higher pressure than other interviews I've completed. Culture questions were very standard, and did not get deep into technical questions.
