The process took about 6 weeks from beginning to end. Applied online. Once actually contacted, the initial follow up was good as was the timing for the first interview where met I the managers who diligently explained the role and client in more detail. The second interview told me a lot. It about a week later and seemed to go well though had a different 'flavour' to it, and a) At some point they wanted me to meet their president but was then told this person was still out of the office at lunch, so that didn't happen. I offered to wait or reschedule this, but nope. b) A staff member working in a similar role yawned with reckless abandon the entire time, (which I politely ignored). I guess they'd had a long week. I get it, and I know interviews can be dry but dude... A few weeks later I received a short email several from someone in another province with the decision.

The Interview process was very long and unorganized. A recruiter contacted me after submitting an application online. Said they were not positive about hiring they just wanted to hear about personal experience. After, they asked me to come in an additional 3 times spread out over 4 weeks. The account team kept rescheduling and pushing interviews back. Very inefficient recruiting process
