A recruiter contacted me to discuss the position and my availability. I was told the position needed to be filled by the end of the week. Following, I completed the online test but did not end up passing it. The test itself is okay, but I get the sense that the company is searching for a candidate that does not exist. That was nearly three weeks ago, and I recently saw the job reposted. So, don't bother because clearly there is no 'urgency' to fill the position. And, the fact that the position is still open says a lot.

The hiring process is three folds. You start off by doing a writing assessment then you go on to the interview process and finally you do one more timed writing assessment. If they happy with your interview and writing score they will put your forward for a 2 week period that you'll need to pass a test at the end to secure the position.
