I applied online and received a notification from HR to do a phone interview. The person over the phone explained she was the only recruiter on the team and they are growing. After phone interview, I was later informed to meet with the Director, but after multiple scheduling attempts, never heard a clear response. I sent a follow up email and still no response. Judging by the numerous negative interview experiences on here, I don't see how they can grow effectively if they continue providing negative experiences and damage the brand. I'm disappointed as I see all the great reviews (and now I wonder if they are fake), but they certainly are not living up to their expectations for candidates.
