MISO Power Systems Engineer interview questions

Interview process was as follows: HR Screen (30 mins) - Nothing bad, just basic HR screening Engineering Team Interview (30 mins) - Basic Interview Questions and some personal questions regarding my schedule and whatnot. Engineering Panel Interview (1hr) - Some technical questions and more basic interview questions. Same panel as before. Occurred about a week after previous interview. In Person Interview (1 hr) - This happened after about a month of waiting after the last interview. Was to get to know me in person I suppose. No technical questions. I waited over a month after the final interview to receive any notification that they were not selecting me. Process took 12 weeks, which in my opinion is far too long. Overall dissatisfied with the experience and how long I had to wait to hear anything.
