INTENSE. 3 different interviews -- immediate manager, panel of upper management, then the potential team interviewed me. Good experience, but difficult and I very much don't like the 'STAR' interview process (which applied to the panel and the team interview)! Somehow it takes completely subjective things and scores them objectively. The panel of management and the team that interviewed me was also intentionally very stoic and unresponsive (I think that's part of STAR). I thought I did terrible based on their lack of reactions, but it turned out I was impressive. The reason I didn't get the job was because they decided to eliminate the position. At the time they didn't seem to have a great training program in place -- I received a lot of questions on how I plan to train myself because my potential team's volume was large enough they wouldn't have time to train me. It appears that they decided to retool/recalibrate, hence eliminating the position.
