Interview
Was long two days. They take you to the subways and basically conduct the interview there. They also contacted me almost immediately after I applied and said I must come in the next day
Was sent an invitation for an interview shortly after applying. It took me about 1.5 hours to get to their tiny office for an interview that lasted less than five minutes. Also, I found out later that this was essentially a canvassing position, CONTRARY to the job title, so I informed them I would no longer be taking part in the selection process. Waste of time.

Interview
This was a bizarre interview process. I did two rounds. The first round was five minutes with no real interview questions that I'm used to. They didn't give me time to even ask questions at the end. It was described as a marketing position but in the second interview I found out is was actually sales. I was told to come for my interview at 9:30 to spend the day there. I sat in the waiting area until 10:20 when my instructor finally met with me. They immediately take you outside which I thought was weird. They then walk you around the block for about a half hour telling you all sorts of facts about marketing that they have you write down in a notebook as you're walking. Then you finally get to a block where you stop and they give you a list of about 15 essay questions and ask you to write the essays in your notebook as you sit on the city side walk. While you do this your instructor tries to sell people subscriptions on the street in front of you. Also you can't touch your phone the whole time you sit on the ground. While I found this pretty weird maybe it's not that weird for sales. But that's not what I was here for. I really wanted to know what I was going to be doing in the future but they wouldn't tell me unless I wrote all the essays and they were good enough. I just couldn't grasp having to sit on the sidewalk and write essays in a suit. It was too weird. One of the essays they ask you to write is to explain why commission is the most effective out of all payment forms so they have you justify not getting a paycheck. The whole thing was bizarre and I do not recommend unless you want to sell subscriptions to random passerbys on the street.
This company is a scam! They have 80768 people waiting in the waiting room, super loud and unorganized, they never tell you what you’ll be doing/a title you’re interviewing for or their title. They want you to go on the street and annoy New Yorkers, basically going up to people “excuse me, do you have a minute”? News flash.. no one cares or has a minute. I asked the woman interviewing me straight up how long she’s been doing this, she said 3 weeks but is now “a training manager”. It’s all a scam.
