I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Nov 2024
Interview
There was only one interview. The hiring manager and senior engineer focused on my resume, projects, and previous internship experience. The questions were structured on the STAR format. Overall, it was more of a conversation than an interview.
Started off with some technical questions based on the software that they use and moved onto behavioral questions based on my resume. Very casual, closer to a conversation than an actual interview. Was also in person.

It was very behavioral! I enjoyed my interview, and it was very informative. I learned to be more involved and do hackathons. After my interview, I had received my interview offer two hours later

Interview
Had my current manager and another manager at another department interview me. Really chill went over the PDF doc of questions in STAR format and then a 30 minute technical about OOP and a basic coding question.
