I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Las Cruces, NM) in May 2019
Interview
2 person interview that covered some detailed networking questions. They were most concerned with my Juniper knowledge for future equipment projects. Each person had their own set of questions as they polled along. Both people were not network engineers themselves and had a list of questions to ask. It appeared as if key words were all they were looking for in the interview. certifications, active clearance and ability to work in a secure environment were the must and knowledge of basic networking fundamentals.
I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Valley Forge, PA)
Interview
Fair and balanced. Asked questions about how u think. Not as focused on having specific experience in the role that is open to be filled by candidate. This is a better approach based on multiple companies
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Aug 2021
Interview
Very straightforward. Questions were STAR format with some technical after. Process did not take more that three weeks from applying to interviews. Interview was online with a panel of 3 people.
Expect a call from the recruiter first.
