Les personnes sont trés charmantes mais le processus de recrutement est trés long.
Plusieurs entretiens, avec un test. Il est préférable de les regrouper en un ou deux jours je dirai.

Interview
I was contacted through LinkedIn by an agency that was working with Ledger for recruitment. This communication, which from this point onwards was by phone, went quite smoothly and I appreciated the openness of it.
Afterwards there were several interviews that followed with different departments. Equally here the communication was quite open and free, but naturally the important questions regarding the position, the company and the technology that's being worked with were asked.
The interviews that took place were as follows:
1. Recruitment Agency
2. My direct manager to-be
3. His manager
4. Employee from the legal department
5. The president of the company
For each single one, I can safely say that the conversation was constructive, clear, open and to the point.
