Very laid back and easy. They might be some issues with the AI generated interview process but once you go in for the interview the process is pretty relaxed. They are just looking for people who show up to work.

What is your availability during the week/weekend?
Easy, was interviewed within a group during COVID-19 due to high demand for clicklist associates. Received a call, set up an interview time and was processed there. Was asked interview questions one at a time and everyone had to hear my answer but I guess it was to speed up the hiring process.
Very easy, I went in and they asked me a few basic questions and hired me on the spot. One of the questions was something like, "Tell me about a time you worked really hard for something and succeeded?"
