I went to an open interview. The original interview was phenomenal. They said I was a perfect applicant and that I'd hear from them by the following Monday (the interview was on a Friday). I did not hear from them so I called back on Tuesday afternoon. They said they were waiting on the results of the background check and would call me when they received it.
