It was very easy. I applied online, and within 2 weeks they responded to me. It was just one round of interviews. Asked basic behavioral questions like tell me about yourself.
Usually it is a remote interview. Possibly through Google Meet. Be prepared to call the actual store that you are interviewing at, as the Hiring Manager most likely will be busy.
The manager had a brief conversation with me it was very simple and I think as long as you look clean and speak properly you will get the job. I was called back for an interview in about 4 days.
