I first had an assessment round from CriteriaCorp. I have had previous experience attending the assessment, it was 50 questions and 15 minutes. So you will have to be not only accurate but quick. It was all basic math and english questions, but you need to brush up & work a couple of mock to clear it. Then I had a phone screen scheduled. The recruiter called & it went quite good. I was confident in my answers, but still i was rejected. I wonder it was due to my performance or my visa requirement.
