I received an email stating I had made through to the next round about one week after submitting my resume and application. I received an email with a link to take a personality test through a gamification site. Two days later, I received an email stating that I had been selected for an interview. The person interviewing me called soon thereafter and asked me a few basic questions on the phone and set up a time for an on-site interview three days later. I met with my interviewer and was notified two days later I had been selected for the position.

It was really welcoming and friendly. Went in for an interview and then it took about 3 weeks or so to find out if i got the job, and to complete the background check and get offer the job.
