So far, only completed recruiter screen however already have some significant red flags which concern me.
When I asked about timelines and next steps, answer was largely avoided so this was a negative experience (so far), also no follow up a week later which is poor form.
No offer however still active is process but still wanted to share for awareness of others.

Panel was laughing and making fun of me and when i told them to allow me to speak panel said "no we will not allow you to speak as we are running short of time"

I never thought this kind of interview harassment I will face in MNC like JPMC
I raised this issue with HR/Recruiter she told

I told HR for fair judgement she started shouting at me and told me I will take your technical interview right now
I was quite surprised by HR's behaviour being an HR how she can take technical interview?
She told " I am HR i can take technical interview "
I agreed with that also and on mobile she asked has not asked me any technical questions and just asked about my job location and one behavioural question and that's it
I am requesting JMPC leadership team to take action against these HR and panel who are doing such kind of unethical practices in JMPC
