I interviewed with Insight a little over 5 years ago and they ghosted me after the second interview. They have since reached out 13 times to see if I'd like to interview for the exact same role again. I've even said yes a few times, and they ghost me again. I've actually reached out to them multiple times to request they leave me alone and they wont. So I wrote this instead.
Why isn't this getting posted? I'm following all the rules. This is wrong.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight (Bristol, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
first stage with HR, general questions, going over CV, company info. Second stage with a sales manager and sales director, detailed questions about CV, sales cycles, strategies. Personal questions as well.
The interview process was a phone interview first. Than a in person one. They wanted to know about my experience and strengths. They did make me leave a voice mail. I doubt they make you do that anymore though.
