The initial phone screening with the Talent Acquisition Specialist was disappointing. The conversation felt rushed and one-sided, with limited opportunity to properly exchange information. The specialist came across as disengaged and seemed to make assumptions without taking the time to understand my background fully. A more thorough and open-minded approach would have made for a better candidate experience.
