Interview
Fairly straightforward with only several interviews. Met with hiring manager and executive. This was through an employee referral. Had to travel a couple of time to meet hiring group. The requisition was not exactly approve once I found out about the opportunity. It was not a backfilll opportunity.

I had two rounds of Interviews, one with a group of Directors from across the business where I had to present and one with the Sales Director. Both were relatively formal but not aggressive. There were no silly exercises or tasks and I enjoyed the process.
