Through recruiter HireArt, I was asked to record a video interview. Their web recorder did not work, but I was able to record using photo booth, export, and upload my videos. This was followed up by a phone screen with the recruiter, who gave me a top-end hourly rate (w2) that was offered. This was far lower than my current salary, so I asked her to submit my application at a "middle-ground" rate. They declined to give me an in person interview.
