Good structure interview. HR is invloved in all the steps from selection of CV until signing tge agreement. Manager was transperant in describing the job role and pressure in the work

The Buyer position is not actually a Buyer. They’re hirring someone to coordinate shipping. So my interview was kind of a waste of time because I’m not interested in that. One woman interviewing me (out of 3 in the panel) was flat out rude. Then they just read out preprinted questions wrote your answer down and then moved on. I was there for over 2 1/2 hours because I had two panel interviews back to back. One with the inventory/buyers and the other with warehouse/shipping. After the interviews, communication was horrible. I sent them a follow up email and had no reply for 2 weeks. They responded with I was still being considered. A month later I asked again and they said I was still being considered. A few days later I was told they hired someone else. Then a couple days later I see the job was posted again. They also tell you the pay is one thing on the phone and in person it’s a different amount. And oddly the building is still requiring face masks even though everywhere else the mandate is over. So take a face mask just in case.
