Interview
The first step was answering questions by a phone screener. The next step was followed by an in person interview. I was interviewed by several supervisors. They each took turns asking me the typical interview questions like tell me about a time you had a conflict with another employee and how did you handle it?

Question 1
Tell us about yourself which is a very common question.
Interviewed with two managers, they each asked six difficult questions that required detailed answers. The interview lasted 30 minutes, and they said they I would receive a reply in approximately 1-2 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and still have not gotten feedback.

Interview
Applied Feb/2025
-11 days later offered live video interview (HireVue) with 2x hiring managers
-11 days after interview received email requesting to log into Humana workday to complete SSN upload to unsure my hiring status (if hired in past or needing out of country documents etc)
-1hr later job offer from recruiter received in workday/email along with benefits package information
-I did request to negotiate my pay, and received minute (a few hundred dollars) back for another offer. Honestly the benefits are good, so it was a good package in my opinion.
-Weirdest part- I never spoke to the recruiter via phone, she never gave out her number or offered it when asked. I only used email for communication.

Question 1
Started off - tell me about yourself/career path so far
Several behavioral questions- describe a time when using your people skills for education etc, describe a time when you encountered a difficult situation with a patient/family member and how did you deal with it.
I did a lot of pre-prep for this interview, and used relevant situations that were complex that I had already encountered which I think helped a lot.
