1.Applied online. A few days later I was contacted.
2.Received a text and email setting up a virtual interview with an automated system. Basic questions were asked.
3. Interview was set up with individual. Interview lasted about 45 minutes and was conducted over the phone. Basic interview questions were asked for a social work. position. Reviewing past work history as well as degrees and licenses held.
6. Got a call from HR about a week later offering me the job with the hours and pay.
7. Accepted offer and started on boarding about a month later. Onboarding is scheduled for specific times.
My interview process went smoothly and was conducted virtually in a timely manner. It's great when things flow well during such important moments. I felt confident at the end. I believe I got the letter the next day.
