Interview
Interview process was generic, nothing out of the ordinary. The usual, tell me about yourself, why choose Humana, how do you overcome objectives? Are you opened to assisting with Outbound calls during ROY? Can you work OT during AEP?
The interview process was long but pretty great. The interviewers were really easy to talk to and get along with. Overall I really enjoyed the process and length of it. I’ve never had an hour long interview before so that’s something to keep in mind is that you need to be prepared and ready.
