I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Humana (Miramar, FL)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional. How can they tell you to come to interview dress in business attire or when they only have on jeans and a regular polo shirt. That’s flag number one. Flag number two is at first I had today’s interview want me there on one of the interviewers walked out and never came back so another guy had to fill her place. While sitting down waiting for my interview employees that already work there were goofing around and joking and not working. It’s just your average call center job where you’re in a cube for eight hours a day. And they definitely want people who are under qualified. I’m Actually glad they didn’t choose me. Apparently im way to overqualified
