Interview
There were four rounds in the process. The first was a screening call (casual, behavioral style questions), and I had three back and forth interviews by my future supervisor and another manager on her team. Because of the pandemic, all interviews were virtual via Microsoft Teams.
The interview process took about 4-5 weeks overall, so it takes a bit to learn whether you got the role or not.
