I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell (Gurnee, IL) in Apr 2022
Interview
1 - Recruiter Screen
2- Intelligence & Personality Testing (This is a rather insulting process)
3 - Hiring Manager Interview
4 - Three Additional Director Level Interviews
Every step and interview process was coordinated by a different person. No one would communicate what the process or timeline would be. The job title changed midway through the process. After the third round of interviews, the company ghosted me. The process and treatment of candidates was extremely unprofessional. Their complete lack of respect for me as a candidate has made me lose all respect for the Honeywell brand. I will no longer purchase their products.
