After I was shortlisted based on my CV, an upper management team member took a telephonic interview. Basic questions regarding my background, qualifications, salary expectations, etc. were asked. They also briefed me in detail regarding the job and what it entails. Then a virtual interview was scheduled. It was also basic questions regarding my technical expertise and if I was comfortable with travel and such. They were very informative regarding the company and the position and very polite.
