My experience with the interview process was disappointing. While the role initially seemed aligned with my background, my skills and experience were consistently downplayed during conversations. Despite having extensive experience in analytics, reporting, and cross-functional support, the discussion focused more on what I hadn’t done rather than how my transferable skills could add value. The process felt dismissive and did not reflect an openness to diverse career paths or growth-oriented talent. Candidates with strong, relevant experience may want to be prepared for a very narrow interpretation of qualifications.

Interview was easy, the job description matched my previous experience. Had three rounds - Technical, manager & HR. The recruiting HR was supportive and always reachable all the time. Accepted the offer since the organisation seem to be employee centric
