There will be 3 stages of interviews you will have to go through, 1 is about experience and interest, 2 is about how to react in different call scenarios, and 3 is talking to the acting manager himself, and he decides whether or not you are eligible. He will want to know how you see your future at GEICO, and how you see yourself in your own future as well. just be confident in yourself and be honest.
