Frontex General Administrator interview questions

Interviewed online, via TEAMS. There was a Selection Committee comprised of 10 people, heads of units or divisions in FRONTEX. Each asked one question and the president of the Committee asked 2. 95% of questions were situational/behavioural. There was no time limit but the entire interview lasted for about 18 minutes. They made it clear from the get go that the answers need to be precise, detailed, on point and the whole interview needs to be as short as possible.
