I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at First Horizon (Knoxville, TN) in Sep 2023
Interview
Very straight forward. I had all of my questions answered. Make sure to have a personable attitude, you will go far. The facility is dated and could use a major upgrade or move to a newer building.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at First Horizon (Freeport, IL) in Feb 2022
Interview
Long, asked you a lot of scenarios type questions and had to answer them quickly. Took a week to even get an interview and took even longer to hear if you got the job or not.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at First Horizon (Knoxville, TN) in Mar 2017
Interview
I filled out the application online and a couple of days later got a call to set up face to face interview. Met with supervisor for interview and it went very well. Interview was on thursday. Friday i got a call to set up phone interview for monday. They called exactly at 10:30 when the interview was scheduled. I was told it would take about 30 mins but it didn't take long at all. When she was finished with all her questions i asked her a couple of questions about the culture and diversity of the company. After that she said the manager wanted to extend an offer and i accepted. Easiest hiring process i have ever been through. All in all the whole process only took one week, but that might not be the case for everyone.
