Had 3 rounds of interviews. First was a 30 min zoom call, then an in person interview where I shadowed an employee and then had a normal interview, then a final round interview also in person. Was pretty straightforward

Three separate interviews, overall pretty friendly and easy going people. First interview is with the recruiter, over online teams call. Lasts about 30 min to an hour, second and third are in person with area manager and group rental manager. Those are more personal and ask more in depth questions.
