I applied online. I interviewed at Encompass Health (Glendale, AZ) in Mar 2026
Interview
Phone interview on a Thursday. Interview scheduled on a Monday morning. Met with the nursing supervisor and nursing manager. Basic interview questions asked. The recruiter told me to wear scrubs cuz I may have to shadow but that wasn’t offered. Wasn’t given a tour either. I left unsure about how the interview went. I emailed the recruiter a few hours later and thanked her for coordinating the interview and to keep my updated on the status and she emailed me a few minutes later and told me an offer is being made and she’d call me. Overall, great experience and I appreciated the same day offer.
I interviewed with the interim CNO who was informative, courteous and professional. She asked appropriate questions and adequately answered my questions. The HR dept was timely setting up the interview.
