Interview
5 rounds of interviews and a 30 minute aptitude and attitude assessment. Recruiter, group PM, designer, engineering lead, VP of product. Interviews ranged in time from 30-45 minutes. I appreciated the thoughtful conversations I had, and I appreciated their enthusiasm for the organization's mission. At the end of the process, I was informed that I left a favorable impression but the company had just implemented a hiring freeze and the hiring process would not continue.
