Nach ein paar Vorgesprächen erhielt ich eine Einladung zu einem Gespräch vor Ort Es war ein faires und offenes Gespräch auf Augenhöhe. Es waren Fachleute aus dem technischen Bereich anwesend die meine Qualifikation wirklich beurteilen konnten, außerdem jemand aus der HR Abteilung.

The technical rounds were focussed on my expertise, development and what I would contribute at Eaton.
The HR round was leaned towards the fit in the organisation and culture.

Applied through referral. The recruiter reached out for a phone screen (45 mins), then had a video interview with the hiring manager (1 hr), and then a panel interview followed by an interview with different colleagues (4-4.5 hrs).
Although I didn't get the offer, had a really positive interview experience. Was a seriously great role, with great people.
