I was called to come in the office, I had some intro talk, they informed me on what is that what company is dealing with. After that if you pass that, you are being invited for a second round. That is 5 days education on what are they doing, how should you act, exact position, management procedures.. etc. It is a group class. After that they evaluate all of that and decide who is accepted and who's not.. If you are, they are calling you after at the first moment they have place for you. I waited a couple of days..
