Question 1
Describe a time when you had to resovle a conflict
I applied online. I interviewed at Docusign (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2025
Interview
Phone screen - the interview was supposed to be 30 minutes but it went an hour with the recruiter asking full STAR scenario questions. The expectations for this interview were very poorly communicated which I don't think set me, the candidate, up for success. Every other phone screen I've had has been pretty standard (15-30 minutes, overview of the company/role, brief verification of experience and background, salary expectations etc.) and this really broke the mold. I would have expected these questions at the next hiring manager interview.
- pretty standard questions
- Ask things like what were your biggest challenges
- Tell me about sth you built / achieved
- Tell me about a situation of conflict - how did you handle it
