after applying you will receive the video recording interview via email, you have time to read the question and do it again so take your time and read. all about your previous work
I would say they select staffs precisely and with all considerations. Perfect interview process. They check you through written test, group interview and personal interview too. And the questions they ask are also pretty twisted.
