Interview process is straightforward and you get a conditional job offer right on the spot if it goes well. Questions follow the star method so just ensure you’ve thought about that before you go in. You also do a physical test on the same day.

Tell me about a time when safety was important at your job
Interview will take about 4-5 hour. You will meet with delta team and after 1on1 in person interview. There will be 4 or 5 questions and you will have to answers in a STAR method.

Currently have a conditional job offer, applied in October and attended December hiring event. Onsite they handled interviews background check fingerprinting as well as physical test..
Physical test was bad at it. I’m in pretty good shape. I was able to move quick but it’s a tad more talent day than they make it but it’s completely doable. Overall, the process was seamless for the hiring event.
